Austin Scarlett felt very Vanderbilt era New York this season. The subtle beading on these sleeves would be perfect for a Gatsby inspired wedding.
Another case of Austin Scarlett owning that old school glamour!
Noir by Lazaro dazzled us with a spectacular special occasion dress in aubergine metallic jacquard.
Ladies, don’t forget about the accessories. This bit of bling is from Bel Aire Bridal.
We could not get enough of this glimmering gown at ourBerta appointment. The plunging illusion neckline and intricate beading just blew us away!
Who needs a statement necklace when you have a beaded bolero that sparkles like this? Hayley Paige‘s signature shoulder toppers wowed everyone in the room at today’s appointment.
This Hayley Paige ball gown was shown in a gorgeous silver-grey tone aptly named “moonstone.” So romantic!
Lazaro‘s collection was all about a return to opulence. This back definitely embodied the movement — pearls, embroidery, beading, everything!
Sometimes, it only takes a little bit of sparkle to get the job done. We love the way Anna Maier couture adorned this beautifully wearable gown with a single brooch. It’s just enough to elevate the look to a more glam place.
An airy tulle princess ballgown by Casablanca Bridal features a smattering of beading at the neckline, on the cap sleeves, and around the waist – fit for a modern-day Cinderella.
What a unique adornment for a wedding-day updo! This Erin Cole hair brooch has a vintage, 1920s feel – so chic.
We were fascinated with the unique, boho-chic collection of Athens-based designer Victoria KyriaKides. This particular gown had a subtle golden shimmer as a result of the tulle embroidered with metallic thread plus sparkly lace throughout.
The team at Jean-Ralph Thurin calls this gown “Surprise,” and it’s clear why. This glam dress features two panels of fabric that reveal some dramatic, show-stopping beading when the wearer walks. What a fun idea for a beach wedding.
Vintage-inspired head-to-toe sparkle and shine from Allure Bridals (plus a model who looked just like Kate Middleton!).
This blush Sophia Tolli gown features a dramatic ruffled skirt, as well as a sprinkle of sparkle on the ruched bodice. The positioning of both the ruching and the beading helps to narrow the waist.
This Martina Liana gown shimmered, but upon closer inspection we were charmed by the leaf pattern in the embroidery – perfect for a nature-loving bride who still wants to sparkle.
An easy (and sometimes budget-friendly) way to add some sparkle to a gown is to add a sash. We saw a wide array of beaded sashes today, including this gorgeous array from Blossom Veils.
